Your Plant's Live Condition, in Your Pocket
PlantPulse Nexus is the app for PlantPulse monitoring. Your team sees live readings, dashboards, and alarms on a phone, a tablet, or a web browser, and can acknowledge an alarm from wherever they are.

The whole plant, at a glance
Real screens from the app, running on the PlantPulse demo plant.

Overview: plant health and what needs attention
Dashboards: live readings against their limits
Alerts: acknowledge with one tap
Built for the people who keep plants running
Operators, maintenance techs, and plant managers get the same live picture, wherever they are.
Is anything wrong? Know in seconds
The Overview opens on a plant-health summary, the active alarms, and every reading outside its limits, worst first. Readings update as they happen, with a clear "Live" stamp so you always know how fresh the numbers are.
Every dashboard your team uses
Open the same dashboards your plant already monitors, with every line, tank, boiler, and compressor laid out for a small screen. Change the time range to scroll back through history.
Acknowledge alarms from anywhere
When a threshold is crossed, the alarm shows up in the app. One tap acknowledges it, so the rest of the team knows it is being handled instead of everyone chasing the same problem.
Alerts reach whoever is on call
Plant managers invite their team, set roles, and choose who is on call. The people on call get a notification on their phone the moment something needs attention.
Built for the plant floor
Large readouts and high-contrast dark, light, and Hi-Con looks stay readable in a dark control room or bright sunlight. A wall-mount mode turns a tablet into a control-room display.
Phone, tablet, and web
One sign-in works on iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, and in a web browser, so the same live picture follows you from the floor to the office.
More room, same live picture
On a tablet, Nexus spreads out: plant health, alarms, and every out-of-limit reading side by side. Mount one on the wall and it becomes a control-room display.
